Things I think would help the United States

These are all just my opinions but things I believe would help:

• Term limits for all politicians

• No politician can work publicly after age 65

• All senators and house members go up for election if they can’t pass a budget, election held within 3 months of an unpassed budget

• Politicians can not own stocks

• Universal basic income

• Fair tax and end payroll taxes

• Businesses must think of entire life cycle of any product they sell including disposal and recycling

• Universal healthcare and/or politicians must be on same healthcare as the average person

• No pension for politicians, they get a 401K (or similar) with match just like the average person

• All organizations including churces and nonprofits are taxed just like other businesses

I will think of more but just some ideas….
