Why Minnesota? The data doesn’t add up, if they really wanted to utilize resources cost effectively, they would be in Texas, California, or Florida! Minnesota isn’t even in the top 10 of states with Unauthorized Immigrants, not even close. Like Russia invading Ukraine which Putin thought would be easy, Trump though Minnesota would be an easy “win” but in reality it will be the State that stood up to the him. If data were actually used to make a decision about safely and effectively getting Unauthorized Immigrants out of the United States, they would never have started with Minnesota, so why did they? Supposedly because of “fraud”, well that “fraud” occurs every where and the worst fraud is occurring in Washington D.C. with the current administration. The data doesn’t add up but of course there are things that can be done better in Minnesota but it doesn’t mean masked men should we roaming the streets taking in anyone of color without any due process. I applaud the people of Minnesota who are standing up and in some cases sadly giving their lives, it should never have come to this. If it was really about using tax payer dollars to rid the country of Unauthorized Immigrants, they would never be in Minnesota like they are. FYI, I am an immigrant myself.
