Ten 20 Thirty - My 2026 Challenge

I had started this in 2025 but continuing it into 2026.

Every day I must do Ten 20 Thirty of different movements. So for example today I did Ten Devils Press, 20 Pushups, and Thirty Walking Lunges.

They can all be done at once or throughout the day, break up however needed.

If I miss a day, those reps carry over to the next day, so it would be Twenty 40 Sixty if I miss a day. The more days I miss, the more it adds up so a benefit to doing them all everyday.

I also count reps during workouts if the same movements. If a workout has 50 pushups and I need to do 20 that day, 20 of them count toward my daily challenge.

This is just a way I have found to get in a few more reps everyday of especially body weight movements like Burpees, Pushups, Pullups, Squats, Lunges, etc!

Small amount each day really add up over time, remember its not about quantity necessarily, it is about creating habits where you move every day and then things add up and compound!
